| My MissionThere is a major
problem going on in America right now, our sedentary lifestyles are wreaking
havoc on our bodies. Nearly, 80% to 90% of our days are spent either sitting
still behind a desk or standing in one place for extended periods of time, not
to mention the 6-8 hours we dedicate to sleep. I am sure that many of you can
attest to that stiff and achy feeling that accompanies long stagnant work hours.
It has been proven, that after time such periods of immobilization can cause
serious damage to our bodies-from arthritis, to spinal injuries and glute amnesia, which can cause a lot of lower back issues. Consequently, people are beginning to
understand the dire need to maintain a daily exercise regimen along with
healthy and effective nutritional plans. I am here to show
you that you do not need an expensive gym membership, along with hefty personal
training fees, or extravagant workout equipment. You only
need your body, the ground and gravity to get a great work out. I will show you how embracing
